Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors to provide exclusive offers and experiences for members. Plan and organize unique and personalized itineraries for members based on their preferences and interests. Conduct thorough research on the city and stay up-to-date on new attractions, events, and restaurants to continually enhance the member experience. Communicate regularly with members to gather feedback and ensure their needs and expectations are met. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and market Velocity Black experiences in Washington, D.C. Manage and track member reservations and bookings, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Assist with member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to address any concerns or issues. Coordinate with the rest of the Velocity Black team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. Represent Velocity Black and Capital One at networking events and build relationships with potential partners. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Maintain accurate records and reports on member experiences, reservations, and feedback. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all experiences and activities are executed flawlessly. Train and mentor new team members on the Velocity Black brand, standards, and processes.
