Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Network Administrator to handle essential infrastructure tasks. This is an ideal position for a CCNA-certified professional looking for consistent, low-volume supplemental work (approx. 1-2 hours/week) with the potential to scale up during project phases or peak periods. Candidates will be required to build a network infrastructure and maintain it as directed. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform routine network maintenance, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
- Monitor network health and troubleshoot connectivity/performance issues as they arise.
- Maintain documentation for network topology and security policies.
- Act as an on-call escalation point for basic network-related inquiries.
What You Bring:
- Certification: Active CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) is required.
- Efficiency: Ability to self-manage time effectively—you know how to get in, solve the problem, and document your work without hand-holding.
