Chief Financial Officer, Fractional CFO
Job Description:
- Step in as the fractional CFO/Controller for a dedicated roster of up to 30 clients (gross revenues mostly under $10MM).
- Analyze financials to spot trends and risks.
- Fix messy data in collaboration with bookkeepers.
- Deliver hard truths to the business owner with a mix of radical candor and humor. Requirements:
- A strong financial/accounting background with a relevant business degree (emphasis in accounting/finance strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience advising under-capitalized small business owners who aren't financially literate.
- Must be able to explain complex FP&A data in plain English.
- A massive bias for growth (you know you can’t cost-cut an entrepreneur to prosperity).
- High emotional intelligence.
- Confidence to hold clients accountable to their own goals. Benefits:
