Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent at NoGigiddy, you will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to gig workers' inquiries and providing accurate and helpful information through our chat support system
• Addressing and resolving gig workers' concerns, issues, or complaints with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient chat support experience for gig workers
• Staying up-to-date with the features and functionalities of the NoGigiddy platform and our partner staffing apps
• Assisting gig workers in navigating the NoGigiddy platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter
• Actively promoting the benefits and features of NoGigiddy to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation
• Documenting and escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Chat Support Agent at NoGigiddy, you will need: Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry
