Case Manager Assistant

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Case Manager who brings energy, ownership, and a proactive mindset to their daily work. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee client cases from initiation through resolution, ensuring timelines and expectations are met Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries promptly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all case-related tasks are progressing efficiently Track case progress, documentation, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Identify potential issues early and take initiative to resolve them proactively Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a positive and professional experience Requirements ​ Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter mentality with a proactive and “go-getter” attitude Ability to work independently in a remote environment Positive, upbeat personality with a client-first mindset

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Case Manager role or similar client-facing position Experience working in legal services or a related industry is a plus Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ​
