CAD / SketchUp Designer (Interior Design Studio)

Position Overview We are looking for a CAD / SketchUp Designer to support our team with drafting, modeling, and technical design work. This role is primarily execution-focused. You will be responsible for translating design direction into accurate drawings and models while maintaining organization and efficiency across projects.
Responsibilities
- Create and update CAD drawings (floor plans, elevations, construction details)
- Build and maintain SketchUp models
- Execute redlines and revisions based on design direction
- Assist with basic renderings and presentation visuals as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate project files
- Support the team with drafting and technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow direction and execute efficiently
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and layouts
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines independently
- Located in or willing to work in St. George, UT
- Experience in interior design or residential projects
- Experience reading construction documents
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Familiarity with rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, etc.)
- Experience in Revit

Schedule & Work Environment
- 25–35 hours per week
- Hybrid: in-office collaboration required, with flexibility to work from home as needed
