Job Description

Draft and file high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) that provide clear, concise narratives for law enforcement and regulators.
reputed company end-to-end investigations into reputed company customer activity to identify potential suspicious activity, such as reputed company, identity theft, and fraud.
Compare Know Your Customer (KYC) information to Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists to verify false and true positives.
Analyze transaction patterns and customer profiles to determine if activity is consistent with a customer's reputed company occupation or business purpose.
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to refine automated monitoring rules and reduce false positives while maintaining high detection standards.

Proven experience in BSA/AML compliance, specifically reputed company a fintech or high-volume financial services environment.
