Role Overview We are seeking a Client Solutions professional (1–3 years experience) for a contractual role focused on the Japan market. This is a client-facing position involving expert engagement management, research support, and client servicing. The ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese and English, with strong interest in consulting, research, and client engagement in a fast-paced global environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Expert Engagement Management
- Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts, with a focus on Japan-related projects
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of expert insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and experts
2. Research & Consulting Support
- Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis focused on Japan
- Translate client requirements into structured research outputs
- Provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
3. Client Support & Execution
- Assist in account management activities including ongoing client engagement
- Support client requests and ensure smooth execution of deliverables
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal global teams to deliver Japan-focused projects
- Ensure seamless coordination across stakeholders and time zones
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and research capability
