About the Position Holafly is on the hunt for a seasoned, performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Team Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our UK and Australia (UK/AU) affiliate divisions. Your mission is dual-focused: acting as a strategic growth lead to unlock revenue in critical Anglo markets, and serving as a dedicated people manager who can coach, teach, and elevate a team of Digital Account Executives (DAEs). Leveraging your deep performance marketing expertise, you will transition the team from tactical management to data-driven, long-term strategic partnerships. Responsibilities of the Role Team Leadership & Mentoring: Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Digital Account Executives. Conduct structured 1-on-1s, build professional development plans, and foster a high-performance culture. Strategic Delegation: Effectively allocate affiliate portfolios (80–100 partners per DAE) across the team, ensuring proper resource distribution and account coverage. Portfolio & Revenue Growth: Define and execute quarterly growth roadmaps and revenue acceleration plays (exclusive deals, tiered commissions, cross-sell opportunities) for the UK/AU markets. High-Value Relationship Management: Oversee the execution of MBRs and QBRs for top-tier affiliate accounts, stepping in directly to anchor high-stakes negotiations with macro-publishers. Performance Optimization & Data Governance: Proactively monitor team and partner KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, AOV). Equip the team with the frameworks needed to identify growth opportunities and flag risks (e.g., fraud, partner inactivity). Compliance & Alignment: Ensure team and partner compliance with Holafly’s company policies and brand guidelines across all regional online channels.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Partnerships, or Growth Marketing, Team management experience: at least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, team lead, or dedicated mentoring/coaching role with managing +5 people in the team Market Exposure: Proven track record of scaling performance partnerships. Experience in or deep knowledge of the Anglo markets (UK & AU) is highly preferred to navigate regional trends. Language: Native or professional fluency (C1/C2) in English to lead strategy, team operations, and high-tier negotiations. Technical Stack: Mastery of the Impact platform (or similar enterprise affiliate networks) and strong structural knowledge of SEO tools (specifically Ahrefs) to evaluate partner traffic quality. Data Analysis: Advanced ability to extract insights using Excel and Google Analytics to forecast revenue and guide team performance. Extras Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Natural mentor archetype: Passionate about teaching, giving constructive feedback, and lifting others up. Exceptionally organized with excellent delegation, project management, and time management skills. Background managing large-scale, performance-driven affiliate networks or agency-side DACH/Anglo accounts.
