Job Description Location: Broward County, FL / Galt Mile Compensation: Commission-Based Per Referral We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial 1099 Independent Contractor to join our referral program as a Client Referral Specialist. In this commission-based role, you will generate new business through client referrals. You will leverage your network and marketing skills to connect potential clients to our services/products, earning a percentage of the revenue generated from each successful referral. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and marketing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our offerings. Refer qualified leads to the business (or sales team), ensuring the referral is accurately tracked. Keep a record of all client referrals and follow-up to ensure successful conversions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services to pitch to potential clients confidently. Meet or exceed monthly referral targets to maximize commission earnings. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client referral programs (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Comfortable with remote work and using digital tools for communication and tracking. Previous experience in the Home Care field.
Compensation
Structure: Commission-based compensation: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from each client referral that converts into a sale.
