YouTube Podcast Video Editor (Long-form + Shorts)
I am looking for a skilled video editor to help edit YouTube podcast. Needing someone who understands pacing, retention, and how to make conversations engaging. What is needed:
- Edit full podcast episodes down to under 15 minutes
- Cut dead space, filler, and anything that slows pacing
- Improve flow and keep the conversation engaging
- Add subtle zooms / punch-ins to maintain visual interest
- Create 2–3 short clips per episode for YouTube Shorts / social
Style looking for:
- Clean, modern podcast editing
- Fast-paced but natural (not over-edited)
- Focus on storytelling and retention
Requirements:
