Job Overview Join a global, science-backed weight health telehealth platform as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in GLP-1 medications, obesity medicine, and menopause hormone therapy — entirely from home, on your own schedule. What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered telehealth care via synchronous video consultations and asynchronous chat
- Review patient intake information and medical history to provide clinical guidance and treatment
- Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications and menopause hormone therapy when appropriate
- Build and maintain ongoing clinician-patient relationships through regular progress check-ins
- Educate patients on obesity science, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the telehealth platform

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted FNP license in at least 2–3 states required — eligible states include: AL, AK, AR, CO, CT, DC, DE, GA, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
- Board certified by ANCC or AANP (FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP)
- 2–3 years of post-residency NP practice required
- 1+ year of telemedicine experience required
- General practice experience including obesity medicine required
- Menopause management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Workspace, and Slack required
- Must have 2–4 hours available daily Monday–Friday for synchronous visits
- Mac or Windows OS with minimum 16GB memory required (no Chrome OS)
