Web Designer / WordPress Developer (Bricks Builder) – Part-Time W-2 or 1099 Contract
Live Free Digital is growing, and we're looking for a talented web designer/developer to join our team. We're a Concord, NH-based digital marketing agency specializing in custom WordPress websites, SEO/AEO, CRM implementation, AI-powered business systems, and marketing automation for small businesses throughout New Hampshire and beyond. As our client base grows, we're looking for someone who enjoys building clean, modern websites and wants to become part of a small, collaborative team. Two Ways to Work With UsOption 1 — Part-Time W-2 Employee
- Remote position
- $20/hour (up to as much as $32/hour depending on qualifications)
- 5 guaranteed hours per week
- Opportunity for additional hours as project volume grows
- $100/month home office & internet stipend
Option 2 — 1099 Independent Contractor Prefer freelance work? We're also looking to build relationships with talented designers/developers who would rather work on a project basis. Typical projects include:
- Custom WordPress websites
- Landing pages
- Website redesigns
- Additional website pages
- UI improvements
- Performance optimization
- Template development
- Small web applications
- Client support projects
Typical project budgets range from $300–$1,200, with expected turnaround times generally between 1–3 weeks, depending on project scope. If things go well, we'd love to build an ongoing relationship and continue sending projects your way. What You'll Be Working On Most of our work involves:

- Go High Level website integrations for chat, forms
- Landing pages
- Website redesigns
- Marketing websites
- Small business websites
- SEO-focused page layouts
- Client website updates and enhancements
You'll collaborate directly with our founder and project manager while helping build websites that don't just look good—they perform well in search engines and convert visitors into customers. Required Skills We're looking for someone comfortable with most of the following:
- WordPress
- Bricks Builder (strongly preferred)
- HTML & CSS
- Responsive web design
- Figma
- UI/UX fundamentals
- Website performance optimization
- Basic troubleshooting and debugging
