Web Content Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a self-motivated Platform Specialist to manage and maintain enterprise website and intranet content. This role involves publishing content, supporting content migrations, auditing site quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, user-friendly digital experiences.
- *Responsibilities**
• Publish and update content using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Maintain website and intranet pages, metadata, and site quality.
- Perform content audits, fix broken links, and remove outdated content.
- Support large-scale content cleanup and migration projects.
- Partner with designers, writers, and business stakeholders to fulfill content requests.
- Ensure content aligns with brand and design standards.
- *Required Skills**
• 2–3+ years of experience with web content management or CMS platforms (AEM preferred).
- Experience publishing and maintaining website/intranet content.
- Knowledge of metadata, SEO, Schema.org, Open Graph, or Google Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- *Nice to Have**
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, or Figma experience.
- Basic HTML and content editing/writing experience.
- *Education:** High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
