Essential Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day leadership and management of multiple Directors of Service Delivery ​Oversee multiple Directors and other staff to carry out key objectives. Lead relationship management of key client counterparts including continued communication of revenue cycle performance· Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc presentations to client executives highlighting pertinent updates relating to client needs. Lead R1 strategy development as functional and technical expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation·Execute and improve R1’s operating model. Act as a change agent to help establish common goals and create alliances across hospital organization to optimize success· Partner with internal R1 customer operations team to align operational objectives. Serve as a functional/technical expert for Customer’s team ranging from executive level to front line operators to help drive operational and performance improvement. Partner with R1 functional leaders on management decisions regarding daily operations within assigned hospital(s). Focus on development, performance, and growth of the Revenue Cycle Team · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
