Description PI Midlantic is seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Marketing & Communications to join our team. This full-time, remote position is located in Annapolis and offers an exceptional opportunity to lead our marketing efforts in the staffing and recruiting industry. As the VP of Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and advancing our mission to connect top talent with outstanding opportunities. In this leadership role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with our organizational goals, ensuring successful outreach and customer acquisition. We offer a competitive annual salary range of $190,000 - $230,000, along with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within our innovative organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with organizational goals. Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team to drive high-performance outcomes. Manage the budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing campaigns. Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to support business objectives. Enhance online presence via digital marketing, social media, and content marketing. Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in developing integrated marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is a plus. Creative thinker with a results-driven approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
