Virtual Part-Time Elementary Teacher (TX, FL and NC residents Only)
Job Overview Pathway Christian Prep Academy is a virtual K–12 Christian school seeking an experienced and passionate educator to serve in a part-time elementary teaching position. Join a team of educators dedicated to ministering to students around the world through Christ-centered online education. Applicants must be legal residents of Florida, Texas, or North Carolina. Due to employment and operational requirements, we are currently able to hire only candidates residing in these states. Qualified candidates should possess a valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from their home state, an ACSI credential, or an equivalent certification. Applicants should have prior elementary classroom experience and be proficient in instructional practices and educational technology. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging learning experiences that enable students to achieve established academic objectives while fostering spiritual growth. Position Details
- Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Contract Period: August 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027
- Compensation: $31,500-$34,000 (10 Months)
- Future Opportunities: Summer and additional contract positions may be available for qualified candidates

Requirements
- Must be a resident of Florida, Texas, or North Carolina
- Valid Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, ACSI credential, or equivalent
- Born-again Christian with a personal faith in Jesus Christ
- Minimum of two years of elementary teaching experience
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with virtual learning platforms and technology tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
