We’re seeking experienced, Credentialed Veterinary Technicians to join our growing telehealth team. - Engaging with clients Connect with pet owners via the EMR messaging system, providing support, education, and guidance on their pets’ health and well-being
- Managing EMR tasks Handle refill approvals, prescription requests, async case reviews, and renewals efficiently
- Verifying and process prescriptions Coordinate with partner pharmacies and ensure appropriate follow-up for client requests
- Resolving pharmacy holds Complete approvals and communicate with doctors and clients as needed
- Supporting doctor coverage Monitor shared veterinary admin communications and assist daily as needed
- Collaborating cross-functionally Provide feedback to improve processes, systems, and workflows
- Participating in training and process improvement Contribute to telehealth initiatives, compliance, and team development
