VIP Travel Consultant (French and Amadeus)

Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team VIP Travel Agent (Remote) Full time, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products. As a Travel Agent, you will Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported About you Experience in VIP travel Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Strong skills in GDS Amadeus Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people. This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows: Spain: 29,000- 32,000 EUR Poland: 84,000 - 102,000 Netherlands: 40,000 - 50,000 EUR Belgium: 47,000-55,000 EUR Luxembourg: 40,000-55,000 EUR The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
