  • Exterior Cleaning Services We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote weekend-only dispatcher role. Position Overview As a Weekend Dispatcher, you will help manage weekend operations by supporting field crews, monitoring schedules, communicating with customers, and helping ensure jobs run smoothly throughout the day. This role is fast-paced and requires strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be responsible for helping crews stay on track, handling schedule updates, communicating important information, and escalating urgent issues to management when needed. If you are organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and enjoy helping teams operate efficiently, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the weekend schedule and help ensure jobs are running on time
  • Communicate with field crews throughout the day
  • Assist with crew check-ins, job updates, and completion status
  • Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and emails as needed
  • Help customers with scheduling questions, arrival windows, and service updates
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate urgent issues when needed
  • Update job notes, crew updates, and customer communication accurately in company systems
  • Coordinate with operations, sales, dispatch, and management
  • Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, weather issues, or route problems
  • Help make sure crews have the information they need to complete jobs successfully
  • Maintain a positive, calm, and solutions-oriented attitude

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience supporting field crews or service teams
  • Experience with scheduling or route coordination
  • Experience using platforms such as

  • Other CRM or scheduling systems
  • Phone support or call center experience
  • Experience working remotely
