Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from (29.90/hr to )48.55/hr, influenced by factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and relevant experience. Hired applicants are eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs, subject to eligibility requirements. Skills  Proficiency in GIS software, particularly Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server)  Strong knowledge of geoprocessing tools and techniques  Excellent cartographic design skills  Ability to analyze and interpret spatial data  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders Responsibilities  Conduct geographical mapping and analysis using geoprocessing tools  Collaborate with real estate supervisors to gather requirements for mapping needs  Create professional map documents and reports for various projects  Support custom map design and presentation to stakeholders  Research and implement technological advancements in GIS  Maintain and audit spatial datasets for data integrity  Provide ongoing training and support for GIS software Qualifications  Bachelor s degree preferred  1-2 years of experience in database usage preferred  U.S. Citizenship or authorized work status required Education Requirements  Bachelor s Degree  Preferred Education Requirements Credential Category  Degrees in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Experience Requirements  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with GIS databases and technologies.
