UI/UX Designer (Mobile)

About the Client An international transportation technology company focused on building scalable digital solutions for modern rail operations. The organization develops internal platforms and automation tools that improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and streamline complex processes in a fast-paced environment. Project Tech Stack Figma, FigJam, Miro, UserTesting, Maze, Lookback, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Formbrick, Survicate, Jira, Confluence, WCAG, Agile/Scrum What You’ll Do Design intuitive and user-friendly mobile experiences from discovery to delivery Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs Drive a mobile-first design approach aligned with business and user needs Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and stakeholders Translate research and behavioral data into scalable design solutions Improve customer journeys, usability, conversion, and engagement Ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability across mobile products Contribute to and evolve the design system and overall design standards Present and communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams What You Bring 3–4 years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design At least 2 years of experience designing mobile applications Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile product design process Experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale Advanced mobile interaction design and prototyping skills Strong understanding of Material Design and mobile platform guidelines Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive/mobile-first design principles Experience using analytics and A/B testing to drive design decisions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working in Agile product teams Nice to have Experience in travel, booking, or marketplace products Experience with design systems and component libraries Familiarity with behavioral analytics and usability testing tools Experience facilitating workshops and product discovery sessions English level Upper-Intermediate Legal & Hiring Information Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
