About This Opportunity Our growing team is seeking proactive and service-focused individuals who enjoy helping others navigate travel opportunities and organize meaningful experiences. As a Travel Services Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to identify travel solutions, coordinate arrangements, and provide support throughout the planning journey. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, problem-solving, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required. Full training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, priorities, and expectations Research vacation options including resorts, cruises, tours, transportation, and destination experiences Assist with coordinating reservations through approved travel suppliers and booking systems Present travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget considerations Help manage trip details, confirmations, and travel-related documentation Respond to client questions and provide timely planning assistance Maintain organized records of bookings, communications, and travel requests Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates Participate in virtual workshops, training programs, and team meetings Deliver professional support that contributes to a positive client experience
