Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across assigned regional locations.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse care teams.
- Navigate changing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Advocate and deliver compassionate care to patients.
Requirements
- ASN or BSN (BSN preferred)
- Indiana RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum of 1 year of recent bedside nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Behavioral Health
- Recent experience using EPIC
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (Medical/ Surgical or Behavioral Health required)
- Active RN license in the State of Indiana or Compact RN License
- Current BLS (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS (American Heart Association), as required by unit
Nice-to-haves
