Travel Coordinator | Peru

Every trip is built around good taste, local connection, and smooth execution, so clients can focus on being present instead of planning. Role: I am looking for a reliable, proactive person based in Peru to support the planning and on-site execution of a curated trip (potentially July-Aug 2026). This is a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration. What you will do Research and recommend hotels, activities, guides, and unique local experience Communicate with local vendors and partners in Spanish Support on-site execution during the trip, including site visits, meetings, and coordination Prepare marketing materials (with support) for the tour Nice to have Strong local network or knowledge of the region Experience in tourism, hospitality, or events Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Extra scope If availability allows, this role may expand to include executive assistant-style tasks related to a travel company, such as coordination, research, and admin support.
