Travel Coordinator
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for our remote organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Research, book, and manage flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers for business travel Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all documentation is in order Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes Keep accurate records of all bookings and travel expenditure Qualifications and Experience 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or corporate travel management Proficiency with travel booking platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, or online tools) Strong organisational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel is advantageous Self-sufficient in a fully remote working environment Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
