Traffic Copy Coordinator - Local Media

Traffic Operations Center at Newfield, NJ is looking for a Copy Coordinator to join our team! This is an entry-level position in the exciting world of broadcasting! The Copy Coordinator has a direct influence on all on-air elements. The Copy Coordinator has daily interaction with various Sales, Programming, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Engineering Departments across the country. YOUR DAY-DAY: You will be responsible applying multiple copy instructions each day You must complete daily responsibilities within assigned deadlines You will coordinate and work with sales teams and other teams throughout the organization You must cross-train within the team You will provide third-level backup when the team is short staffed You will assist training co-workers in property-specific responsibilities You can work evenings, weekends, and overtime when required Other duties as assigned YOU HAVE: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of work experience in a professional environment Accurately decipher and implement written instructions Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Solid communication and interpersonal skills Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude Exceptional customer service skills Capable of problem solving and seeking solutions to challenging issues Able to work independently and in a team environment Work under pressure and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel Work periods may include day, night, weekend, and holiday rotations.
