What You'll Do:
As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for: - Proactively collecting information for processing - Maintaining accurate records and data entry - Clearly communicating submissions that cannot be processed and following escalation procedures - Responding to submissions and basic inquiries - Assisting with related tasks as assigned
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need: - Demonstrated experience in data entry (preferred) - Previous inbound or outbound call center experience (preferred) - Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required - Strong organizational and time management skills required - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Available Shifts:
- 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
