Tele Caller Executive
Business Development Executive/ Tele Caller / Presale Executive (Engineering Services – US Market) Company: Strucore Tech LLC , Arlington, Texas (Structural Steel Detailing & Estimation Services) We are hiring a confident and professional Client Communication / Business Development Executive to support our engineering services business by reaching out to US-based companies and scheduling meetings. About the Role: This is not a typical telecalling job. The role involves connecting with US steel fabricators, contractors, and construction companies and fixing meetings for our structural steel detailing and estimation services. Responsibilities:
- Calling US-based construction companies, fabricators, and contractors
- Introducing our engineering services (steel detailing, rebar, estimation, BIM)
- Fixing meetings and appointments with decision-makers
- Regular follow-ups with prospects via calls and emails
- Maintaining lead and call records
- Handling objections professionally and confidently
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication (neutral or American accent preferred)
- Basic understanding of construction/engineering services (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong persuasion and communication skills
- Experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales is a plus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 1 Hour / Day Compensation: $500 per month (initial) + Attractive performance-based incentives (per meeting / per conversion) We offer a performance-based incentive of 5% of the total project value upon the successful award of the project, with project sizes ranging from $ 2,000 to $ 100,000+.
