- Technical analysis, consulting & creation of SOWs (Scope of Work): You capture the requirements of our customers in the retail environment and develop tailored, innovative solution concepts that optimize their business processes.
- Support of sales: As a technical expert, you accompany our sales team throughout the pre-sales process – from creating detailed technical presentations and proof-of-concepts to working out convincing offers.
- Customer workshops & product demonstrations: You conduct workshops and demos to present complex technical solutions in an understandable way and to demonstrate the value of our products impressively.
- Documentation & CRM maintenance: You document technical customer requirements and solution concepts and maintain them in modern CRM tools to efficiently manage all sales activities.
- Knowledge transfer & training: You create technical documentation and training materials and conduct training for internal teams and customers.
- Observing technology trends: You follow current developments (e.g., AI-assisted video analysis, cloud and edge solutions) and derive action recommendations for our product strategy from them.
Your profile:
- Technical expertise & innovation spirit: You are excited about penetrating complex technical connections and converting them into practical, customer-oriented solutions.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail: Ideally, you bring solid knowledge and proven success in retail – especially in dealing with technologies such as video & AI, RFID, self-checkout, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Convincing communication skills: You are able to present technical facts understandably and convince both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Team player & proactive problem solver: You work independently and in a team to develop the best possible solutions for our customers.
- Analytical & structured working: You analyze customer needs precisely and derive tailor-made technical concepts from them.
- Fluent in language: Very good German and English skills in speech and writing complete your profile.
- Flexibility & willingness to travel: You are ready to be on-site at our customers throughout Germany and present tailor-made solutions directly.
