Technical Support Lead — BrightPOS (Remote | Suriname-based preferred) - Contract to Hire
$10-11.50/hr · 25/40 hrs/week · Wed–Sun · Start: Early July ABOUT BRIGHT KITCHEN Bright Kitchen is a Dutch virtual franchise company operating six delivery brands across 40+ franchise locations in the Netherlands. We run a lean, remote-first team, and we move fast. At the core of our growth is BrightPOS — our own proprietary POS and ordering platform, built in-house. It's a highly ambitious SaaS product that we believe can be genuinely disruptive in the market. We're just getting started with it, and this role sits right at the centre of that growth. THE ROLE We're looking for a sharp, highly capable Technical Support Lead to own the franchisee support experience for BrightPOS. This is a medior-to-senior position. We're not looking for someone to follow a script — we need someone who can think, troubleshoot complex problems independently, and bring real energy and ownership to everything they touch. You'll be the go-to for franchisees dealing with technical issues on the platform, but your work goes well beyond reactive support. You'll actively help build and improve AI-assisted support tools — including training and monitoring chatbots designed to enhance the franchisee experience and reduce response times. You'll help shape how we scale support as BrightPOS grows. We don't care about degrees. We care about intelligence, skill, attitude, and the ability to get things done.
