Technical Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Product Development Organization. In this role, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve execution, streamline processes, and deliver strategic programs within a fast-growing Legal Technology company. As part of the Legal PMO, you'll partner closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and other business teams to drive the successful delivery of complex software initiatives. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from concept through deployment while ensuring alignment across stakeholders and managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities. What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects. Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, priorities, timelines, and milestones. Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Drive Agile project delivery across cross-functional teams. Remove blockers and keep projects on track. Translate business requirements into technical execution plans. Create project documentation, track metrics, and continuously improve delivery processes. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience supporting software engineering teams. 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company. 3+ years leading Agile software development projects. Experience managing cross-functional technical programs from planning through delivery. Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and similar project management tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams. Experience in enterprise software or high-growth SaaS organizations. Ability to lead through influence and navigate ambiguity.
