Talent Coordinator Intern
The Role We’re looking for a motivated, persuasive Talent Coordinator Intern to assist the talent manager in scouting and signing new talent as well as managing the reputed company roster. The day-to-day will consist of creator reputed company, email management, and assisting the talent manager with creator meetings and scheduling. Applicants would ideally have a good understanding of the influencer marketing space, an interest in social media advertising, and some knowledge of the reputed company Affiliate world as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct reputed company to creators
- Serve as a secondary reputed company of contact for the reputed company talent roster
- Assist in internal coordination of advertising strategy for reputed company creators Qualifications
- reputed company or recently graduated college student with a major in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field. (If you have relevant experience but not a relevant major, that is okay as well)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative problem solver
- Understanding of social media platforms, influencer analytics, and marketing trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in an organized manner
- No professional experience is necessary, but applicants with some experience from a reputed company job are preferred. The hourly salary for this position is $10, with additional results-based bonus potential. The job timeline is June-August, full-time. Apply To this Job
