Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (US Operations)
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent in the United States. You will partner directly with the Principal to build pipelines for roles. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a talent function from the ground up for a growing, highly specialized consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage the sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling process for roles in the US/Canada.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and alternative sourcing channels to uncover passive talent in the energy, utilities, and SaaS space.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, professional, and transparent interview process.
- Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions, align on compensation profiles, and understand technical hiring requirements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or executive sourcing, preferably within engineering consultancies, utilities, or B2B SaaS organizations.
- Basic understanding of the power/energy landscape or enterprise software domains is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leveraging advanced Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry databases to find niche candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to authentically represent our brand to senior professionals.
- Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, SharePoint) is a plus.
