Talent Acquisition Specialist
Corporate Talent Advisor (On-Site – Corpus Christi, TX) We are partnering with a leading organization in the utilities and energy sector to hire a results-driven Corporate Talent Advisor. This role supports critical hiring across engineering, project management, and corporate functions tied to large-scale infrastructure and energy initiatives. This is a fully on-site position in Corpus Christi, TX (5 days/week) and offers the opportunity to work within an industry that plays a vital role in powering communities, driving energy innovation, and supporting long-term economic growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and exempt-level roles (engineering, project management, operations, etc.) Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to develop and execute recruiting strategies Source, screen, and interview candidates using both traditional and innovative approaches Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, events, and digital sourcing tools Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and drive the hiring process forward Extend and negotiate offers while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ATS Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies Support onboarding and new hire processes Identify opportunities for process improvements and recruiting efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field) or equivalent experience 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience Strong background in full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership roles Experience working with ATS systems and sourcing platforms Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills background in utilities, energy, engineering, or industrial environments Experience recruiting for technical roles (non-IT) Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Shreveport, LA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.15 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
