Denis Development Coaching Services is looking for self-motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Recruiters in Indianapolis. The Recruiter will collaborate with various organizations to identify, promote, and fulfill hiring needs while ensuring the company attracts and retains qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- The Recruiter will collaborate with Financial Advisement Firms, Non-profit Agencies, Health Care Centers and Small & Midsized Business Owners to proactively identify, promote and fulfill hiring needs
- Recruiters will ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains qualified Candidates while growing a strong talent pipeline
- Must be dedicated and hard worker as this position requires dedication and persistence as well as great time management skills
- Looking for someone that is comfortable cold calling candidates and C-Suite Executives that are in need of Top Talent
- Must have sales and customer service experience, coachable and willing to learn
- Must be a self starter and comfortable working in a team setting
- Must be goal oriented and success driven
- Daily leads, training and coaching provided with plenty of room for growth
