Talent Acquisition & People Partner — Brazil

At Magoya, we're growing, and we're looking for someone to join our People team to help us tackle one of the most important challenges of the year: scaling and consolidating our teams. We're looking for someone with strong experience in Talent Acquisition, who sees recruiting as part of a broader People strategy, and who thrives in dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environments. What challenges will this role take on? Co-lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technology roles and other business areas. Support team growth and structure across different markets, with an initial focus on Brazil. Work closely with leaders to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategies, and ensure a great experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Take part in onboarding, employer branding, and other People initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve, optimize, and automate processes. Actively contribute to People projects whenever hiring volume allows. What we're looking for Previous experience as a Talent Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist at product companies, tech companies, or dynamic corporate environments. Experience recruiting technical profiles. A holistic view of People processes, ideally with hands-on involvement in onboarding, employee experience, or other People initiatives. Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, prioritize, and work with a strong sense of urgency. Results-oriented mindset, with autonomy and a strong execution focus. Continuous improvement mindset and a drive to optimize processes. Comfortable challenging the status quo and proposing new ideas. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. Intermediate/advanced English, both written and spoken. Spanish proficiency (written and spoken), as you'll be collaborating closely with our regional teams. We'd love to find someone who... Enjoys challenges and building things from scratch.
