Talent Acquisition Consultant - Full Time (40 Hours)
SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) partners with business leaders to identify, build relationships with, and select diverse people with the mindset, values, training and skills to be successful at Connecticut Children’s. The TAC provides both candidates and hiring leaders with an excellent experience and applies standard process to ensure that the hiring cycle is compliant with all internal policy and external regulations.
