Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Promotes and sells Medtronic products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales goals Responsible for developing, building, and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals Responsible for following up on leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximise the benefits of Medtronic products and/or services Promotes and establishes education about the company's products and/or services Conducts market research, including customer and competitor activities Implements market development plans/strategies and makes changes as necessary Communicates customer feedback on new products and/or changes to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including Research and development (R&D), Operations and Marketing. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related healthcare field Based in Abha, with prior experience in the Southern Region and solid exposure to Ministry of Health, public, and private sector accounts Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in medical devices, clinical support, healthcare services, or a related industry, preferably in surgical sales, operating room environments, or general surgery specialties Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage assigned projects while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired results Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals Ability to quickly learn and apply technical and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory Fluency in both English and Arabic Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
