Job Summary Phoenix College is searching for a Student Services Analyst (Academic Advisor). This position will play a vital role in guiding students toward success, whether they are working toward a degree or a certificate to enter the workforce, and this particular role is focused on our Health Sciences field of interest, with a primary responsibility of supporting students moving through the Nursing programs. This position provides personalized support to help students navigate course selection, registration, transfer pathways, and academic goals, while connecting them with essential campus resources such as tutoring, testing, counseling, etc. The additional responsibilities of this role include supporting student success initiatives such as Guided Pathways, collaborating with faculty and other student services areas, and leading group advising
