• Entry-level with Bachelors degree in Accounting -- OR -- Professional accounting experience

This is a backfill opportunity due to an upcoming retirement, offering a smooth transition and strong training support. This role is ideal for an early-career accountant looking to build experience in property accounting, budgeting, and GAAP-based financials within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. PLEASE NOTE Candidates must reside in the US in either HST or PST. Key Responsibilities · Perform day-to-day accounting activities in accordance with GAAP · Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes · Support month-end close activities and financial reporting · Prepare and post journal entries · Maintain accurate financial records for the assigned property · Partner with property management and regional accounting teams Must have
