Sr.Data Analyst - Remote, MX (Contract)

The Role We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst, for a project-based assignment, to help drive data-driven decision making across a fast-growing ecommerce and subscription-based business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that support growth, retention, personalization, and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and statistical skills, deep experience working with modern analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations. This role requires both hands-on analytical execution and the ability to provide technical guidance across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses in Tableau and Snowflake to drive data-driven decisions. Advanced Analytics Lead hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and forecasting to inform product and marketing strategy. Process Automation Develop SQL/Python automation and workflow tools (Airflow, dbt) to monitor data quality and alert stakeholders in real time. E-commerce Focus Drive insights on customer acquisition, retention, and user experience within a subscription-based model. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product to align business needs with data initiatives and drive execution. Communication & Storytelling Translate complex data into compelling narratives with actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field 4+ years in data analytics or related fields, with 2+ years providing technical guidance to teams Proven experience in an e-commerce environment, preferably subscription-based models Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical methods Proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Python, or R Strong ability to communicate technical details and high-level business strategies to mixed audiences Core Skills Snowflake Tableau SQL / Python A/B Testing dbt / Airflow E-commerce Subscription Models Statistical Analysis Nice to Have Machine learning, A/B testing and experimental design Deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs and personalization Location Candidates must be authorized to work in and be located in Mexico. #LI-Remote Tech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
