Qualifications
- Senior SAP SME 10-15+ Years of experience as SAP Consultant,
- 8-10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Clearance for DOD vendor
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO with MES Consultant to support our aerospace manufacturing client
- The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment
- Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with MES, PP & PLM applications
- Work on blueprinting, process mapping, building and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions
- Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications
- Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements
- Perform testing, process validation, user training and Change Management for new processes being implemented
- Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
- PEO provides a single digital thread from design to production inside S/4HANA.
