Job Description: Job Overview The Finance team within the Aerospace, Defense, & Marine (AD&M) Business Unit at TE Connectivity is seeking a Sr. Government Accounting and Pricing Analyst to support compliant, audit-ready pricing and government accounting activities across U.S. Government programs. This role combines advanced pricing analysis with government accounting responsibilities, including indirect rate support, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance with Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting forward pricing, incurred cost submissions, and audit activities, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting interactions with prime contractors, Defense Contract Management Agency, and Defense Contract Audit Agency. This role plays a key part in ensuring pricing accuracy, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Please note: This position may involve working with technical data, technology, software/source code, hardware, or other items (collectively items) subject to U.S. and non-U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these regulations, it may be necessary for TE to verify a candidates national origin and/or citizenship status to determine whether a U.S. or other government export license is required prior to releasing its technologies to the candidate. Job Requirements Pricing Strategy & Proposal Support
- Support pricing development for government proposals, ensuring competitiveness and regulatory compliance
- Analyze solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) and contribute to pricing approaches aligned with requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and support proposal execution
Cost Structure & Rate Support
- Develop and maintain cost models incorporating direct and indirect rate structures
- Support preparation of provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
- Ensure consistency between pricing models and established cost accounting practices
Government Accounting & Compliance
- Apply working knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, and TCPoD in pricing and accounting activities
- Support preparation and maintenance of CAS Disclosure Statements
- Assist in compliance efforts related to DFARS Business Systems (Accounting, Estimating, Government Property)
Audit Support
- Support audit activities with prime contractors, DCMA, and DCAA
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation, including pricing files and supporting analyses
- Assist in responding to audit requests and data calls
Reporting & Analysis
- Perform pricing, cost, and profitability analysis to support management decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing accuracy, cost visibility, and compliance processes
What your background should look like
- 710+ years of experience in government pricing, government accounting, or a combination of both within a defense or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits, including proposals, incurred cost submissions, or rate reviews
- Working knowledge of CAS, FAR, DFARS, and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPoD) requirements
- Hands-on experience with indirect rate structures, including provisional billing rates, Forward Pricing Rate Proposals (FPRP), and Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS)
- Experience supporting or contributing to CAS Disclosure Statements and/or DFARS Business Systems compliance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build, analyze, and support pricing models
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and government pricing tools preferred

COMPENSATION Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $100,100 125,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
