Senior AI Video Editor (Meta Ads) Employment Type: Full-Time (US Hours) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST Location: Remote from Latin America Compensation: $2,500 USD / month Job Overview Are you an AI-forward, tech-savvy video editor who knows how to make thumb-stopping ads for Meta? We are looking for a Senior AI Video Editor to join our client´s team. In this role, you won’t just be stitching footage together; you will be leveraging AI generation tools to create high-converting Facebook and Instagram ads. You will receive clear scripts, creative briefs, and strategic direction—your mission is to bring them to life using advanced AI B-roll, animations, and specialized medical illustrations. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables High-Volume Production: Produce and deliver 20 high-quality videos per week. Ad Optimization: Edit short-form videos tailored specifically for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram), with a strict length of 45 to 60 seconds. AI Integration: Generate and seamlessly integrate high-quality AI B-roll, dynamic AI animations, and accurate AI medical illustrations. Creative Execution: Transform provided scripts, briefs, and directional notes into polished, high-converting visual assets. Pacing & Engagement: Master hooks, pacing, transitions, and audio to maximize viewer retention and click-through rates. Skills & Qualifications Technical Mastery AI Video Experts Only: Deep competency with generative AI video tools. Niche AI Skills: Proven ability to generate high-quality AI B-roll, engaging AI animations, and precise AI Medical illustrations. Advanced Editing Software: Mastery of industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve). Experience & Mindset 5+ years of experience video editing Senior-Level Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Video Editor, preferably within the e-commerce, direct-response, or digital advertising space. Meta Ads Savvy: Deep understanding of what drives conversions on Facebook and Instagram (hooks, framing, aspect ratios, text safe zones). Tech-Forward: Naturally curious, adaptable, and constantly experimenting with the latest AI workflows and tools to speed up production and elevate quality. Reliable & Fast: Ability to maintain a high-volume output (20 videos/week) without sacrificing creative quality.
