Summary

Senior Account Executive Agency The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing complex client deliverables and overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take on responsibility in building and maintaining client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients to drive successful outcomes and contribute to the strategic direction of the accounts. Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of assigned accounts by working effectively with our cross-departmental, cross-country team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations & timelines appropriately Effectively manage teams across creative, social, strategy, media, project management and analytics to achieve client objectives and ensure no deadlines are missed Manage a cross-functional team to deliver comprehensive and thoughtful insights reports as well as campaign wrap-up reports Create dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments Demonstrate an unwavering attention to detail Establish trust-based relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs Proactively problem-solve with oversight from manager Demonstrate deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget Collaborate well with external agency partners to drive integrated programs Requirements: 3-5 years agency experience Has executed integrated digital campaigns (creative development, social media, influencer/creator, media, etc.) General understanding of analytics, tracking and KPI’s for client business Ability to consistently perform & stay on top of deliverables in a remote-work environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment Ability to manage multiple work streams at once Ability to contribute strategically to integrated marketing plans and make recommendations based on business goals and previous learnings Proficiency in the Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Drive) and the MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams) Exceptional time management and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong client-service orientation and team player attitude Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes Job Will Remain Open Until Filled

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Job DutyPersonal Accountability Develop and own assigned relationships that build a trust-based partnership with client teams, agency partners and third-party vendorsDemonstrate working knowledge of consumer/shopper marketing landscapes and the client’s own industry to develop new business opportunities and potential revenue streams within existing clientDesign and lead proposal and program development presentations with support and guidance from DirectorSupervise and/or directly manage program execution, budgets, tracking, and post promotional reporting in accordance with company systems and processesContribute to recruiting, hiring, training, and development of direct reports with support of Director.Other related duties as assigned Cross-Functional Accountability Partner with Planning team members to develop category, channel, customer and competitive brand marketplace insights, identify most value consumer targets, communication strategy, innovation opportunities, promotion program objectives, strategies and tactical recommendations for programs, leveraging key consumer/ shopper insights that drive purchase behavior changeWhen relevant, demonstrate thought leadership, channel expertise and strategic integration with client agency partnersCommunicate and interact effectively with internal teams for all departments and/or clients to deliver timely client decisions and approvalsIdentify cross-company Marketing Svs revenue-driving opportunitiesSuccessfully manage and develop Agency cross-functional team membersOther related duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports - Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources Indirect Reports - May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Travel and/or Driving Requirements - Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the role of leader/manager in agency, brand management and/or media production preferred 5+ years of experience in consumer product, brand management, media or agency experience preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlinesExcellent written communication and verbal communication skillsAbility to make oral presentationsGood interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsersStrong prioritization skillsAbility to direct, lead, coach, and develop people Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
