About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our growing remote clinical team! This is a great opportunity for clinicians who want flexibility, meaningful work, and the ability to support Spanish-speaking clients across Illinois—all from the comfort of home. What You’ll Do
- Provide virtual therapy sessions (Spanish & English)
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team
- Support clients with coping strategies and emotional wellness
Requirements
- Active Illinois LSW license (required)
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- MSW from an accredited program
- Experience in mental health (telehealth preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
