For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117,600- $176,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Solution Architect leads early-phase technical definition and conceptual solutioning for Modular Data Center (MDC) and E-House opportunities. This role owns customer requirement definition early in the sales process, produces conceptual designs and ROM-level solutions, and supports Opportunity Pursuit Leads and Sales during qualification. Key responsibilities include: Document customer requirements using internal MDC tools. Develop conceptual designs and reference-based solutions within 1–2 days. Produce ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) inputs for early solution validation. Coordinate with Sales and OPL during qualification. Lead customer requirement definition and early engineering review. Support Tender Managers with technical clarity. Provide technical guidance during proposal development and handoff to execution What qualifications will make you successful? Strong understanding of modular data center design, prefabrication, or power systems. Ability to interpret specs, drawings, and conceptual engineering documentation. Ability to work within fast-turn cycles. Strong communication skills to interface across Sales, OPL, Tendering, and Engineering What’s in it for you?
