Description: This is a full-time, direct placement role at Citadel Roofing and Solar. Status: reputed company Location: Remote – Preferably based in reputed company California Reports To: Solar Sales Manager Overview: Citadel Roofing & Solar is seeking a driven and reputed company reputed company Energy Consultant to join our residential sales team. You’ll build relationships with homeowners, identify their roofing and energy needs, and present customized solar and battery solutions that deliver the best value and performance. The ideal candidate has experience in roofing, solar, or construction sales—preferably in-home sales experience—and is based in reputed company California. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to guide homeowners confidently through the sales process from consultation to reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Qualify leads, design systems, and reputed company deals
- Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners
- Follow up on company-provided and self-generated leads
- Generate referrals through exceptional customer experiences

- Maintain CRM pipeline and update customer records

Requirements:
- Preferably 2+ years of roofing, solar, or construction sales experience
- Preferably in-home sales experience
- Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and proficient with CRM and reputed company Office
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willing to travel frequently throughout reputed company California
- Clean DMV record (no DUIs reputed company the past 5 years)
