About the Role
BH Everyday is hiring a performance-driven Social Media & Meta Ads Manager to help grow a modern, luxury-inspired fashion brand. This is not a content posting role. We are looking for someone who understands how to: -Turn content into conversions -Turn ads into profitable sales -Build a brand that actually moves product What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing and growing Instagram + Facebook
- Creating high-converting Reels, ad creatives, and short-form video
- Building, launching, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Testing creatives, audiences, and offers to improve performance
- Monitoring key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjusting accordingly
- Planning and executing weekly content + ad strategies
- Handling the backend of Ads Manager (structure, targeting, scaling)
Minimum Requirements (Must Have) ❗ Do NOT apply if you don’t meet these
- Based in the United States
- Proven experience running Meta Ads (not just boosting posts)
- Can clearly explain:
- Your best-performing campaign
- What results you achieved (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
- Experience creating or directing video content (Reels/TikTok style)
- Comfortable working independently without constant direction
